Chapter Executive Sponsor Program

We are actively recruiting Senior Executives for the Chapter Executive Sponsor Program.

Chapter Executive Sponsors will advise the Chapter on learning opportunities that help develop core competencies to enhance the Chapter members' professional growth and development. This will help members become better prepared to assume a higher level position within the organization.

The goal of the Chapter Executive Sponsor Program is to substantially increase the number of Federal employees below senior executive levels to become qualified to meet the core qualifications to fill upper level positions principally, but not limited to, Senior Executive Service positions.

Partnership Agreements

NAFFE has established Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with several Federal agencies.

We help agencies identify and eliminate barriers to the recruitment, hiring, retention for all federal employees.

We develop and implement programs aimed at ensuring equality of opportunity, access to employment and career enhancement opportunities, and improve workforce quality of life for all Federal employees.
