We depend on the work of committees and volunteers committed to the fulfillment of our association's mission. Be part of the action, make the most of your membership, demonstrate and develop your leadership skills, and expand your professional network.
Membership Services Committee
This committee is responsible for recruitment and retention of our members. This include outreach and membership drives as well as special events and programs for members. Our members are federal government employees GS12 and above, including members of the Senior Executive Service (or equivalent).

Marketing Services Committee
This committee is responsible for the production and maintenance of our media, including but not limited to our website, social media account(s), brochures, reports, and archives. In addition, the committee documents events and programs using a suitable multimedia strategy (photographs, video, news clips, social media) and coordinate any press releases.

Mentoring Services Committee
This committee supports our involvement with the mentor and mentee activities. Works closely with our Mentoring Services Director.

Leadership Development Committee
This committee plan, coordinates, execute, and assess our programs including, Management and Leadership Training; and Executive Leadership Training. Procures instructors for our workshops.
