Mission

Our Mission is to:

  • Energize, Empower and Inspire a new generation of federal employees from the GS-11 to the GS-15 levels into the Career Senior Executive Service ranks of the Federal government.
  • Identify, cultivate, and prepare talented highly qualified professional for leadership positions within the Career SES ranks.

Vision

We envision a future where:

  • The Senior Executive Service (SES) includes a strong representation of skilled and capable leaders in key decision-making roles.
  • Federal employees are equipped with the necessary skills, experience, and opportunities to excel in leadership positions.
  • Collaboration and engagement among members drive innovation, leadership excellence, and effective decision-making.
  • Members have access to career growth opportunities, mentorship, and professional development to achieve success at the highest levels of government service.

Goals

Our current goals are:

  • GOAL 1 – Identify highly-qualified federal employees with leadership potential.
  • GOAL 2 – Energize, empower, and inspire a new generation of Senior Executives.
  • GOAL 3 – Provide career development training.
  • GOAL 4 – Offer SES mentors and experienced GS-15/GS-14 mentors for members.
  • GOAL 5 – Support and advancement of qualified candidates into SES positions.
  • GOAL 6 – Advocate for increased representation of capable leaders across federal agencies.
  • GOAL 7 – Expand the organization by establishing new chapters nationwide
  • GOAL 8 – Align our strategic goals with the Executive Core Qualifications ECQs), and Emotional Intelligence (EI) principles to enhance leadership effectiveness.
